Armillaria mellea (Vahl) P.Kumm.
Description
Honey-coloured caps in large clusters at the base of trees, which it attacks and kills. It is poisonous raw and sometimes causes illness even when cooked.
Curiosity
It spreads underground through black cords resembling bootlaces.
